Food has always been more than numbers and nutrients to me. I’m a dietitian because I believe nutrition should add to your life, not control it.
My work evolves around translating evidence-based nutrition into easy to understand information. I’m especially passionate about helping active people fuel their training, supporting gut health and digestive comfort, and providing strategies for chronic conditions.
I have a large focus on an empathy driven approach which allows my clients to feel empowered, supported and confident in their ability to take control of their health. No perfection or rigid rules, but strategies that make sense for your body and your life.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, creating content, or finding new ways to make nutrition feel less intimidating and more exciting!
